Jennie Garner - Missing Pieces Found: Through the Eyes of an Adoptee
Through the eyes of an adoptee you see things in life differently from people born and bred within their own biological families.
When you are adopted at birth, it creates a life full of questions and the unknown. It's being 'chosen' at birth. However, there is a definite emptiness, which needs filling. A void area in your life that longs to be filled. It can be very emotional at times and it can affect you in many different ways. This is a book that I felt needed to be written, in the hope it will encourage others, no matter from what angle they are affected by adoption.
Jennie stumbled through many different kinds of emotional and family situations. All her life, issues arose that she has had to confront and deal with and it will no doubt continue. Growing up her life resembled a puzzle, with many pieces missing. More pieces than she even realised until she found her natural family. Gradually those pieces fell into place. In her own search, those questions were answered; the emptiness and void were filled to overflowing.
God is the only one we are guaranteed 100% to belong to.
This is her life story as an adoptee.
